Finding a good builder is always a daunting task, but thankfully finding Piotr was an absolute gem of a find. From start to finish everything was clearly and simply laid out in layman's terms. His quote was quick and clear. All costs were transparent and he was quick to update on any issues or required changes to the plan. Throughout the build Piotr went out of his way to keep me updated on progress through pictures and messages. Most importantly, everything he said he would do, he did it, with no issues. His quote was also competitive with other quotes i'd received. I couldn't be happier with how things went.

"Piotr and his team did various building works to my flat (installing extractor fans, boxing in pipes, partition wall and glass door and outside bike stand) and installed a new fire door at another property. He provided a written quote and communicated well in terms of the timing for the works. Piotr and his team worked hard to get the works done quickly and kept the property clean and tidy throughout. We were very pleased with the works, which were completed on time and to budget. Would certainly use again and recommend."

I highly recommend Piotr. He’s very skilled and able to tackle very involved and complicated jobs. He’s trustworthy, tidy, and a great communicator. He successfully tackled a job that most other builders didn’t want to go near: locating and replacing an old cracked drainage pipe running inside a wall (!), causing extensive water damage. It was a real head scratcher and Piotr was the only builder supplying a workable long-term solution and a reasonable quote. His quote listed all the necessary works and the associated cost in detail. He speaks very good English and kept me informed throughout. He also used his common sense which I greatly appreciated. He did an excellent job all round. I will certainly use Piotr again for any future building work.

"Piotr arrived to look at the job and within a very short time supplied me with a very detailed qoute, the price was towards the top end of other quotes I received but others just plucked prices from the air, so it seemed. Piotr told me what paint he would supply, how many coats and included preparation. Presented himself and emails in a very professional way. The work he and another workman carried out was very thorough and of high quality, they worked exceptionally hard, putting in long hours. We are extremely happy with their work and the finished product. Would definitely hire Piotr again when needed, also to recommend him to family and friends. Left my property clean, tidy and above all I felt I could trust him."

"Piotr was the foreman on a redevelopment of our Victorian house. In terms of the quality of his work, we were very pleased. He carried out everything as asked and at times, provided advice to improve the design of what we had asked for. One example was that we had asked for our stairs to be painted white;he recommended painting only the kick boards and varnishing the stairs, which looked fantastic. The standard of decoration that he and his team did was very good. He was very reliable and professional with turning up to site, managing his team and bringing us in on decisions that we needed to make as the work progressed. I would happily have him back to do other work on our house."
